1. Must I be 21 Years Old to purchase?
You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol.
2. Who is eligible to purchase?
Only non-Muslim are eligible to purchase.
3. Do you deliver outside of Sarawak?
Our products and services are limited to areas within Sarawak due to the tight cross-border regulations for alcohol. We cannot ship to West Malaysia and Sabah for this reason. You need to have a delivery address (we can’t deliver to a PO Box address) within Sarawak to receive your order.
4. What is your delivery fee?
A flat delivery charge of RM15 per order applies. Alternatively, you can pick up at the shop.
5. How long before my order ships?
Once your order is confirmed, we do our best to ship the order within 24 to 48 hours, although it may take up to 5 business days before the order is actually shipped due to availability of the stock and weather condition.
6. When will I receive my Tracking Number?
Currently we are unable to provide you with a package tracking number. However once the package is shipped, we will inform you of its shipment by email or phone message.
7. Can I send somebody else to pick up my order?
If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, we would require at least one form of valid identification (driver’s licence or NRIC) and the order confirmation number on collection.
8. How Do I Pay for my order?
Payments are handled through PAYEX payment gateway. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions and industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. We use secured and reputed 3rd party payment platform PAYEX to ensure your personal data is safe. This gateway is highly reliable and secure, allowing you to make online purchases with ease.
9. Can I cancel after payment is made?
All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.
10. My order is a gift, will there be a receipt included in the delivery?
We will use Delivery Order (DO) for all delivery service. Your receipt will be sent via email to you. If you would like your receipt to be sent to a different email address, write us a note under Special Instructions with the email address which you would like the receipt to be sent.
11. My order is a gift, can I include a message?
Write us a note under Special Instructions with your message when you are checking out. We will include a complimentary Orientalwines greeting card for your message and deliver it together with your order.
12. Do you have a retail store I can visit?
You are welcome to visit our retail store at office at No. 15, Drive 1, Brooke Drive, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia.
13. Are prices on the website the same as in the shop?
Prices on the website are the same as in the shop.
14. What will happen to my wine delivery if I am not around to receive it?
You could get somebody else to receive it on your behalf. However, that person must be 21 years old and above and must produce at least one form of valid identification (driver’s licence or NRIC) and the order confirmation number on delivery.
